I should preface this with the fact that Prieure Roch is Burgundy royalty. He is co-director of the legendary Domaine de la Romanee Conti and in 1988 began his own domaine.  His focus is soley on quality and he achieves this through insanely low yields, biodynamic and organic farming, and staunchly traditional wine making (100% whole bunch,foot trodding, no fining, no filtering, no SO2 until bottling).

These wines are as pure as it gets which was made very clear through the 7 bottle tasting last night…
